DESIGNING THE FUTURE
The Bairnsdale Childcare Centre project, with a build cost of $1.4M and a total project value of $2.2M, demonstrated our ability to navigate the commercial building sector. Our tight-knit collaboration with the architect, owner and future tenant worked to our advantage, allowing us to strategise our approach to constructing the facility.
Through planning the layout and design of the building, our team played an important role in bringing the childcare centre to life. As a family-orientated company, this project was of special significance to us, highlighting our commitment to the local community and families in the region. We were proud to help shape the development of this community building, and by extension, the future of Bairnsdale.
Despite a tight five-month deadline, the project was completed on time and within budget, with all the proper accreditation. Functional yet welcoming, this building is an excellent example of our commitment to delivering strategic building solutions that stand the test of time.

With a total project value of $3.5M and a construction cost of $2.2MM, this was no small project – but we undertook it with confidence and a clear understanding of budget constraints and timeline considerations.
Hiring local contractors and collaborating closely with the owner, EVCG delivered a first-class Fast Food outlet within an impressive 16-week turnaround. A high-quality build, the outcome exceeded Hungry Jacks’ expectations, leading to further collaborations near Melbourne.
