Childcare Centre Bairnsdale

“ Was a $1.4M build and overall $2.2M project. This was a design and construct project whereby EVCG had significant input with both myself, our architect and the future tenant on the design, layout and construction of the project. We had a tight timeline also on this project – 5 months, and delivered again on time and within budget. The building was delivered within specifications for external accreditation for a childcare centre which helped make for a smooth transition for the future tenants to move straight into operations. We were wrapt with this project and believe this building is very functional and will stand the test of time for the future.

Parts and Service Centre Bairnsdale

“ In July 2019 we accepted a works contract from Eastern Victoria Construction Group (EVCG) to manage and build our new Parts and Service Centre at 33 Payne Street Bairnsdale. At the time we were quoted a contract price and expected time of completion. The project was completed on time and on budget, the quality of the workmanship is exceptional. New Home Build

“ Initially we were very nervous about our new build having only ever renovated before, but the EVCG Teams’ expertise made us feel confident we’d made the right decision to build with them.
