New Owners’ Room
An alteration project to the existing clubhouse at the Bairnsdale Racecourse to add a new Owners’ Room.
Westdale Kindergarten – Wallace Street, Bairnsdale
Refurbishment and Extension
Project to refurbish the existing building and add an extension.
Rain delays didn’t dampen the build and the timeline for completion.
Peter Dullard Motor Group Bairnsdale
Motor Vehicle Service & Parts Centre
Needing a new Vehicle Parts & Service Centre, Peter Dullard Motor Group gave EVCG the opportunity to build it for him.
As the pictures show, it’s high-quality work and the design caters for an industry with oil and grease being a commodity utilized several times a day.
Capacity for the new facility allows up to 30 vehicle services in one day.
Elder’s Real Estate BAIRNSDALE
Office Refurbishment
A 2-floor refurbishment project completed in three stages, on time and on budget.
Stage 1 – Top Floor – Management
Stage 2 – Rentals / Sales
Stage 3 – Reception / Sales
Situated on Main Street and Campbells Arcade, permits for Hoarding and Parking Exemptions had to be arranged to provide a safe area for both workers and the public.
A new look using the latest trends in office aesthetics provide for a newer and fresher look for our happy clients.
Hungry Jack’s Bairnsdale
Commercial Franchise / Eatery
Hungry Jack’s Restaurant finally came to East Gippsland at the end June of 2019.
EVCG was given the task of building this as one of its first major projects
As a franchise, the build had to follow custom specifications & expectations of the parent Company to give it the uniform look HJ is known for.
Delivered 2 weeks before expected delivery date, Hungry Jack’s Bairnsdale had the biggest opening sales in the history of all its Australian Stores.
We are proud to be a part of that.
BK’S EARLY LEARNING CENTRE BAIRNSDALE
Child Care & Early Learning Centre
A “Design & Construct” collaboration with Architect, John McAuley.
This Early Learning Centre in Bairnsdale has a capacity and license to cater for 80 children (0-12 years).
Services include preschool, kinder and before and after school education and care.
This was another challenging build and needed the initial approval of the Victoria Education Department before any works could start.
Specifications were to cater for the young children e.g. heights of door handles, sinks, toilets etc and all the safety aspects to go along with it.
Delivered earlier than estimated, the Center started operating in no time with a lot of happy children, parents/carers and teachers.
Stratford: 34 MacFarlane Street
Shed Refurbishment to Storage & Office Space
This was an old shed refurbished to a very practical office space and storage shed to cater for the company constructing the new Stratford railway bridge.
With a tight timeline, we along with our reliable local contractors put it together and delivered it in time for operations.
